Human Resources Officer
Brittany works with company leadership and functional managers to ensure that business strategies are supported by Human Resources policies and practices. She leads the company’s recruitment and hiring initiative, facilitating decisions that focus on “best fit” for the employee and company alike. Additionally, she provides hands-on support in the areas of employee relations, career mapping, learning and development, safety, compensation administration, succession planning, and more.
Prior to Decisions Oriented, Brittany served as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Aramark. She provided guidance to the management group on employee relations, investigations, HR policies/best practices and coaching/training, helping to ensure that the overall division and region business ran smoothly. Previously, she was a Talent Acquisition Manager, with a focus on recruiting sales and services positions.
Brittany earned two bachelor’s degrees, one in corporate communications and the other in administration, from the University of Kentucky. She also has a Master’s in Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach and holds the Professional in HR (PHR) certification.
