Current Posture of Decisions Oriented
Over the past year, the team at Decisions Oriented (DO) has worked around the clock to provide integrated solutions to clients in the areas of risk management, analytic engineering, operations management, and cybersecurity. We accomplished much in the way of laying down financial roots, establishing relationships with new customers, and improving our posture in the business environment by participating in exclusive, respected programs. Now, DO makes our way to 2018 by reinforcing sustainable growth and seeking out community engagement projects.
2 Things Decisions Oriented Accomplished in 2017
1. Bolstering our Cash Flow
One of the first and foremost important aspects of a business is monitoring and controlling cash flow. As a start-up, DO must keep a trained eye on potential endeavors. But even more critical is establishing, building, and maintaining outstanding relationships with our customer base. Therefore, the first main goal of 2017 was to demonstrate our willpower and discipline to develop and operate high-quality products, services, and solution for every contract that we were awarded.
Out of cash flow stability comes DO’s capability to embrace a sustainable growth. At this point in time, the company does not seek to grow rapidly, but rather steadily. This will allow us to implement the proper controls to ensure our product/service quality never fails. As a company created by engineers, DO understands the importance of consistent performance as well. We hire the best, maintain a direct path through which we move forward, and do this with an open mind to uncover new opportunities for success.
2. We Built a Foundation for Future Growth
In order to ensure DO maintains currency, is innovative, and opens the doors to future opportunities, DO began building a culture of holistic development. From a corporate standpoint, DO attended the Montgomery County VIP Grow Program. This program, as described on their website, is a “certification program for veteran businesses to increase their ability to win government contracts by establishing best business practices.” Additionally, personnel was encouraged to select job-relevant conferences, seminars, and other colloquia designed to bring DO to the forefront of our risk management, analytics engineering, operations management, and cybersecurity industries.
2 Future Plans for Decisions Oriented
1. Continue Steady Growth & Development
As we now begin 2018, DO seeks to continue steady, sustainable growth that will result in honed product/service development. DO understands that the most important thing for the business is continuing to ensure current clientele are more than satisfied with our business. The goal is to first strive to build long-lasting relationships and then grow as appropriate.
Growth from DO’s standpoint is measured in terms of positive feedback from clientele, contract awards, and other cash flow growth projects. Therefore, we strive to maintain a record of 100% client satisfaction. Also, DO will continue to seek out new business opportunities within our scope of industries that will enable us to expand our services to a wider audience. In this way, DO plans to achieve multiple forms of security going into our next year of business.
2. Community Engagement
This past year, DO has worked tirelessly to establish itself as a producer of high-quality products and services. However, DO also realizes the amount of hard work and support that the local communities have provided to the company. As such, DO will thrive at opportunities to participate in local and regional community projects, events, and programs. At this time, DO has already begun to identify some potential events and are always looking around for more.
